closing tabs

hello guys

when i try to close all tabs i get a message saying
'internet explorer has stopped working'
and then
it tries to restart.
(usually i just hit cancel)

but i'm wondering why this keeps coming up
it doesnt do it all the time but most of the time it does.

any thoughts

Hi Dee,

try this..

Right click on the internet explorer icon on your desktop and select Properties..

Select the Advanced Tab in the new Internet Explorer properties window, then click the reset button..
