I have a vaio PCG-K215Z, OPERATING SYSTEM XP H/E, and last month started developing a blue screen this was a registery failure, since doing a recovery I have been puting every thing back on to the system. Today I deceided to turn window updates on, it said I needed to install service pack 2. It took quite a while to perform the tasked so I left my computer to get a bite to eat. When I return the computer was in hibernation. I pressed enter, the screen appeared saying I need to restart the computer and the installation was sucessful. When the system booted back up there was a small blue screen in the centre saying (please wait) I waited.........The error message was as follows: STOP:c000021a (fatal System error) The session manager initializatio system process terninated inexpectedly with a status of ox0000026c (ox00000000 The system has been shut down.
PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO KNOWS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT OR WHO COULD PROVIDE SOME MOST NEEDED ADVICE
