Problem with accu

Hi there
i got a problem with my accu because the accu status is 6% all the time
and if i switch it of and restart 3 houres later with charge the accu status is still 6%

the vaio is not 4 month old

It's the battery Kee-Lo, and it sounds like it has died.

Anyway I have to agree with Rob, sounds like it needs replacing.
