One processor slower than the other?

hi

not sure if i'm being really dim, but i think one of my systems procesors is slower than the other. it's an intel t2250 and when i chck system properties, its says t2250 @ 1.73GHz then 795MHz on the next line (see attached file)

does this mean that one of the processors is slower than the other?

This is normal, one will run faster than the other depending on the applications in use. Most programs like Premiere use one for encoding the video and the other for demuxing audio.
