INSTANTON/AV MODE - PROBLEM

Hello,

The InstantOn functionality of my TX5 is suddenly not working. It starts the InstantOn / AV-Mode but the main menu is darker as normal and after 4 secs the notebook shuts down. What could be the solution for this problem?

I am assuming that the battery is fully charged?

thank you..yes the battery is fully charged, but I also tried it with power supply

Can you get to the point where you are ready to play anything before it shuts down?

yes but when I try to select "photo" or "movie" or "music" symbol then nothing happens and then it shuts down. But when I started my vaio the first time after purchase it worked perfectly. After configuring my vaio (software installations and partition changing of drive C:) it stopped working???

It sounds to me that you have accidentally removed something important when "reconfiguring" your Vaio!!

You could try downloading the original Preinstalled Utilities pack age for your model and reinstalling them. I would reinstall them all - the problem could be with any one of the utilties.

started the recovery tool and reinstalled + reconfigure everything...now it works....maybe there werte some problems when I changed the partition size for drive C:
