NEED HELP WITH MOTION EYE

I own the VGN-FZ11Z Vaio and have a motion eye webcam buit into the lid. I've never really used a Webcam before and was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to start using it. I'm not sure where to begin! I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks.

I use my webcam to video chat in skype.

Start skype, then go to tools and select options.

In the Options window click on Video settings and select enable video.

If you wish you can also select to receive video chat from people on your contact list and also show that I have video to know one.

You can also use your webcam in windows live messenger
