Installing Windows XP on VGN-FE41M

Hi, I want to install Windows XP on my VGN-FE41M. How can I keep all hardware working properly?

Well, I have tried to install XP as most of my software was Vista incompatible. As far as I studied my machine then (now I am back in Vista due to lack of drivers...) just a little part of all the hardware worked properly. But the worst and most annoying thing is that there is no proper sound driver for XP
