ICQ6 vs. Camera VGP-VCC4

Hello I need some Help...
I have a new VGN-AR31M Notebook and have installed ICQ6.
I want to use the Video Call but it doesn´t work. I read something about the RTC 1.2 Driver but it won´t work too. Is there anybody who is able to help me with this Problem?

I need help because i don´t know how i can aktivate my Camera with the Vaio Camera Capture Utility the Camera works with Skype it works too but not with ICQ.

Why do I have to download Real Time Communications (RTC) before I can use ICQ Video?ICQ Video is based on RTC 1.2 which requires downloading and installation.
The first time you launch a video session, you will be notified if RTC is being installed on your computer. If no RTC was detected, a download process will be initiated automatically. If you do not wish to download and install RTC, simply click Cancel.
