i wanted to restore my vaio vgn fe11-h without success

Please can any body help me on how to do restore my vaio. i downloaded the restoration manual yesterday, i followed the procedure but still no success. it went to a point through the process and it report to me that i should check the machine model that could not work.

Have you changed the original operating system?

Have you tried: -

1. Enter the BIOS (tap F2 at the first Vaio logo on booting) and choose to reset the BIOS Defaults. Save and Exit.

2. On re-boot start the Vaio Recovery Utility by tapping F10 at the first Vaio logo screen and follow the on-screen prompts.

thank you for your support. i tried this technic but it is not getting to the next level of prompting me with on screen directions, it stop and report error.
