E-support Ain't Workin'

Sony's e-support refuses to allow me to register support, and I don't especially feel like sitting on the phone to them as it's a quick enquiry, no more. Does anyone have an email address where I can either get e-support, or a general address where i can get e-support-support.

You need to phone Sony to open an e-support account.
They do not have a valid working e-mail.

A support system that doesn't work too - pretty sad isn't it?
I had to phone to get my eSupport account back in September 2002, so nothing's changed
