Hi guys;
Has anyone had experience with getting help from Vaio e-support on line?
It's been a few days since I sent them a report for my laptop crash. Although they 've given me a case number, I cannot find their reply!!!
Every time I go to "Case Query" and type my case number, a get a message for "unknown case" !
I know that cannot be true because there is a case number and I can see the contents of my report in "Open Cases" but not their reply
I will be grateful for any advice you have regarding Vio e-support operation as I am still mourning over my dead laptop trying to get help from anywhere I can to avoid unnecessary repair costs!:smileycry:

PS: Rob Paxton; thanks for Sony service number. I called them many times but the line is constantly engaged 
*sighs* looks like eSupport seems to get worse...
When I used it earlier this yea I had no troubles replying to their case...
Sounds like their infamous databases are playing up yet again.
As you have experienced the phones are constantly engaged too...
Keep trying is all I can advise...
