Has anyone got any solution on a click to dvd problem?
I am importing an 800MB avi file and when I convert it using the lowest setting
4Mbps(Max. 120 Mins) but it is still too large to burn to dvd
It comes up with 4.8GB and a red x next to dvd icon
It is click to dvd 2.5
Any suggestions?

Your best bet would be to invest in some dual layer discs (Provided that your drive supports them). DVD R9 aka DVDR DL.
This means that you can increase the quality in C2DVD and have a better final movie. Dual layer discs aren't particularly expensive anymore. Just shop around to find the best deal on the number of discs you think you will need.

Which operating system are you using? If it's Vista then you could try using Movie Maker to create a timeline then burn it using DVD Maker (make sure you check the aspect ratio in both applications - it's kind of annoying waiting 2 hours for a disc that comes out wrong :smileyangry:). If you don't have Vista but have Premiere Elements then you can burn to a folder then use a program like DVD Shrink to shrink it to fit a 4.3GB disc.

I spent ages trying to work out if there was a way of mounting a virtual drive with virtual dual layer discs so I could burn to the virtual disc then DVDShrink it to a real one but I couldn't figure it out.
Would DaemonTools do that?

I'll have to give it a go. I tried some other virtual drive program but gave up when I couldn't figure out how to create a blank disk. Is there such a thing as an image of a blank disk?
Well i just tried to make a blank cd and it wouldn't let me so i guess the answer is no.
It strike me that it would be a really useful tool to have but no one seems to do it. Strange.
