sony55 oled how can i remove a voiceover on all programs a bit like subtitles

how can i remove voiceover on all programs similar to subtitles just started do not know why

I am having to guess as 55 oled does not tell us which model you have. The chances are you have the Audio description or similar turned on in the Accessibility settings. Here is an image of my XR-55A95K. Make sure that it is on Normal.

You may find the Accessibility settings on the Home page under the settings cog wheel.
