Sony Bravia

I bought a Sony Bravia TV and it was delivered completely during the weekend. It was fine on the outside but when I plugged in the power cable, the screen light up with a series of lines and odd colours showing it was faulty. I contacted Sony immediately. They took their time to reply. I had to chase via the phone and they have been delaying any action by asking me for several pictures, one after the other. A week has passed and no one confirmed when the faulty tv would be picked up and confirmation of a refund. To make things worse, I asked to speak with a customer relations manager and until today I have not heard from them. Terrible service. I would recommend at all costs to avoid Sony and their products.

Did you buy the TV direct from Sony?

 

Otherwise, you should be contacting the retailer who sold you the set, not Sony as the manufacturer.


My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…
