So I have a Sony KD-55XF7003 I got a message about an update yesterday but as I’ve gone into customer support the model number is in correct it’s stating KD-43X7000E what do I do
So measured the tv and it is definitely 55 so been on the phone to Sony who suggested a factory reset and it made the tv worse can’t even get onto the screen settings now think I’ll just get a new tv
