Firmware V8.219 Will not download

Hi, I'm have a KDL-32WD754 TV and need to download the latest firmware V8.219.

When i go on my PC and laptop it will not download the firmware to ethier, i can download the firmware for my 55" TV, so it can't be the PC or laptop causing this.

I tried the software update link on my side and it works just fine.
