XSP failed boot after update 4.3

I haved problem after update my XSP last knight. and this morning I dont know why... my phone wont boot. my phone always loop back to booting and never succes, always stuck in animation boot screen. soory for bad english I am from indonesia. thx

Update: I solved, there is software not compatible for 4.3 in my backup before.

But how did you remove that application if you can't boot your phone? Which application was that by the way? I'm having the same problem.

Hi... Sorry for delay.
With my xsp, I force shutdown with pen or something similar back cover my phone. After that remove sdcard and sim, with me working. Phone start without sdcard and sim. After that reset your phone. Sory for bad english I hove you understand.
Now my phone work smoothly.

Hi ..., mine was like two times restarted it self. After an update.

Not sure what the problem is,,,

I wonder if i reset it to factory again will it still the 4.3? Coz i want to try reinstalling the update again.

I suggested to reset to factory before update, to avoid Not campatible app with jb 4.3.
