Xperia V loud speaker sound function problem during the call

Dear Sony Experia,

I have Xperia V, I like my phone, but I found one incompability  function to use phone fully.

Usually I use my phone with vibration on silent mood, during the call when I want to use loud speaker it is not working. Sound is very low and nothing to hear (see screen pic bellow).

 

But when I change ringtone volume from setting loudspeaker works correctly (see pic).

 

How can we resolve this problem to use loud speaker function during the call fully, when I usually use silent mode function with vibration.

I found solution.

Today I reinstal android via sony pc companion, after that loudspeaker works fine when vibration or silent moode is activated.

And what about Sony Experia support team?

Found this problem also about a month ago..
It got me very frustrated until I came here and saw it has something to do wih when the phone profile is on silent or vibrate.. Its nice sharing advice spesialy good ones. Thanks man (lets hope for the best on the new update 4.2. Comming Dec2013 that is does have less bugs) peace outt.
