Xperia V - Issues with 4.3 Jelly Bean Update

Just recently updated software to 4.3 Jelly Bean.

There's all sorts of issues. Phone is now overall very slow, apps tends to crash itself or crashes the phone. New pics do not appear when phone is connected to PC.

Main issue for me is a few days later, phone crashed and now I've lost all my numbers!!?? 

Anyone know how I can get them back??

Where were the numbers stored?Only internal memory?If so,try to look in contacts-filters.

About those,I am not sure you will be able to get them back.Don't you have any backups before the update?Sometimes it is good to have a backup from time to time.Even updating can involve issues sometimes.

Flickering videocam screen after Android 4.3 update. Im so angry. So so disapointed.

I have discovered some more problems after Android 4.3 update. Battery life is shorter, phone is so slow, videos dont play, camera is not working properly or doesnt work at all, some apps doesnt work, phone rings but screen is black and so on..
