hi, recently i had turn my phone off as it froze and everything was working fine up to the point of when i turned it back on. Everything on it like my apps, the system apps and my android processer wasn't reponding: i was left with solution as i rebooted my phone several times without success, i have no access to data and factory resets as i have no keyboard to type my pin in; so i think it may be a system crash. I also recently instaled an app and it was working fine before i had to turn it off, i had it clean some junk files and cache. As of this recent installment i also think it could of been a virus that caused the android system to crash but also it could of deleted a system tool which may of caused it to crash.
Can any one help please.
Thanks brad

i've took the battery out and charged to full, but i am unable to use link. But thanks for the suggestion, is there anything else i could try to resolve the problem.
Why are you unable?What happens?
i do not have permission as there might be virus on the phone.
But you need to install that on your computer.
I know, but i've been told I can't try to fix the problem as i'am taking the phone to a shop to try and fix it, so i cant do much.
Ok then,take it into service.
i may try it tommorow as it would save time and money, as it may be a simple solution.
