Xperia U ST25 chinese input?

Hi there so I recently got my Xperia U ST25, and under settings it have a "tab" called Chinese Xperia-keyboard, but when I go to messaging I can't find the Chinese input.

Am I doing something wrong?
Or how do I enable it?  Please help!

Thread has been moved to correct communtiy by me

While typing, drag the notofication bar down and select the desired keyboard

If that doesn't helps then

Go to messaging app > new message > tap and hold on the white input tray > and select the input method
