Xperia Tipo voice problem

Hi Sony Xperia Team,

I have bought Sony Xperia Tipo 7days ago...& today suddenly i am facing problem with voice while making calls.

Problem in detail: I am not able hear voice from the caller & he is not able to hear my voice as well, same thing happens when I make calls.

And tried speaker phone, headset but still not able to hear voice of the caller & vice-versa. strange thing is that if I open Dial Pad during the call & press any numbers then that other person is able to hear those dial pad tones.

Please HELP.

I forgot to mention one thing that when I call someone I do not hear phone ringing sound as well. Completely silence during the calls.

I went to the Sony Mobile Repair Center, they updated software again & now it is working fine. Thanks to Sony.

But the showroom from which I bought the handset were very rude to me as if I they dont care about the problem at all. Just told me to check at the repair center, we got nothing to do about it. Very Bad Sony Dealer.
