Does Xperia S is having automatic screen brightness adjustment control just like Samsung Galaxy Sll?

it does alter automatically, I think it's the bravio engine that controls that, rather than have the tick box in the brightness setting like Samsung

No, the Xperia S has has manual control for Brightness

Menu options:

Settings> display> Screen Brightness (GB)

Settings> display> Brightness (ICS)

but i did this test by coveting sensor my thumb it goes to minimum value like 4,3,2,1,0

Open Phonebook and dial *#*#7378423#*#*.

Service Tests → Ambient Light Sensor
