Xperia S frozen!

Hi every one.

I bought my phone just two weeks ago and now its frozen and I can't restart it. With my privious phones, in a same situation I coud remove the battery to restart the phone. But now I don't know what should I do!

Press and hold Power button and Voume up button at the same time

5 seconds > restart phone

10 seconds > shutdown phone
