i was updating the phone and all was going well. suddenly an error messege popped up saying that the update couldnt be completed. i kept pressing retry and got the same result. so i proceeded to unplug my phone from the computer. It hasnt started up since. i have tried everything, power button with volume keys (both) and nothing works.
The screen does start up and displays the sony logo and then goes on to display the picture with an exclamation mark
and a phone beside it.
i do not have another phone that supports micro sim and my xperia S is only a day old. What can i do to restart it?
Please help!

I am experiencing the same problem. I've installed and am currently running SUS, but when it asks me to connect the device and hold volume down key nothing happens. My phone just shows the SONY logo and the update service still tells me to connect the phone. I'm also away from the UK in Canada and wont be back for a long while. Is there anything I can do?
