Xperia Ray shuts down and restarts when nil/low mobile coverage

bought a ray acouple of days ago, updated the phone through the pc companion. the phone then started to shut its self down and restart when in an area of low signal. if i bring the phone back into an area with better coverage there is no problem.

any ideas/help?

have people had this happen to them? if so how do i fix it?

thanks for your help.

uninstall mcafee, you don't need it, this is an android phone not a PC Dizzy_Face I still don't understand why did SE preinstalled that junk

uninstall it and then restart your phone

so after deleting mcaffie, i tested the phone and it seemed fine. but later on the same problem persisted. i took it into the shop from where i bought it, they replaced with a new phone and now the problem has gone. maybe a bad batch,

hope this helps.
