If i make a backup for the firmware of my mobile then i use a flashtool to update it manually and then if i want to revert back to my original firmware which i make a backup of it by this way i'll lose the waranty of my mobile

i'm waiting for ics 4.0.4 for two months shall i wait more or flash my mobile
