xperia neo update available 4.0.2.A.0.62

Tried to update thro'PC Companion today three times & get the same message SE Servers overlloaded try later. This is the same problem I encountered some months ago attempting to get a phone update,that time it seemed to create a problem in that the phone would not charrge & had to be sent for repair. What is this server problem? Why does SE state update available & tehn not provide sufficient server capacity. Very dissappointed. Any suggestion

Thanks update worked via Update Service, why not with PC Companion??
