xperia neo L flash aborted and not turning ON...help me please

i performed flashing process but it got aborted at the middle.now my phone is not turning on.if i try to turn it on it just vibrates and red link blinks continuoesly every second.. if i connect it to the wall charger or USB then also red light blinks continuoesly every second.if i connect it with USB at 1st it does not recognise the device and later it takes 2-4 minutes to recognise the device...so please help me out of this problem to turn my phone on and to work .

You need to perform a system repair

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

thanks for your reply...if i connect to PC compainon it is showing an update of ROM which is already existing in my phone.i followed the steps according to it.it detected my device and prepared for update but after a some time it is showing an  error occured like  internet connection not available or else change the settings to allow internet.but i have 50mbps broadband connection ..i tried to update in windows 7 32bit this morning in computer.but now i have laptop with windows 8( 64bit)...i am geting worry whether my motherboard or battery was damaged....so please clarify me whether anything was damaged and help me to resolve this problem....

Nothing will have been damaged if it was a failed flash/update you just need to keep trying
