Xperia J System version

Hello, I have Sony Xperia J and i upgraded it to 4.1.2 JB . I want to downgrade it to 4.0.4 ICS because of problems. How can i do it without losing system apps (like Smart Connect). P.S sorry for language mistakes. I don`t know english at all.

You have to flash a ftf file using flashtool.Check XDA.

Do i have to have root, unlocked bootloader, or something like that? If yes tell me how to do this because i don`t know.

To flash another firmware,you do not have to root.
