Xperia J - how to increase the size of memory

Sony Xperia J has a memory shown:

By Clean Master:

2) Device - 2GB
3) SdCard - 16GB

By  SONY:

1)Internal phone storage: 4GB

2)RAM: 512 MB

3)Expansion slot: microSD™, up to 32GB

4)Flash memory: Up to 4 GB [2]

I found on some forum

In My phone, I don't have inought  Internal (By Clean Master). ... How to increase it?

* Memory comprises 650 MB of firmware (using 1.3 GB physical memory to secure against memory
errors), 766 MB of “Phone memory” for downloaded applications, and around 2 GB of “Internal storage”
for music, pictures and movies, and some application data.

The root tool (DooMLoRD_v4_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su) is not working for my Sony Xperia J. Have a heap of errors from the runme bat all about permission to write. Can you advise how to correct this issue please Slightly_smiling_Face
