xperia arc s update problem

hello everyone

i had a problem downloading the ics update to my phone ,which arc s and it keeps saying error from the prepration stage (screen shot included )

ive downloaded the update service .....but it keeps telling me no network .....although am using a fairly good brodband connection ...pleez help

notice :

1-i used a xp and windows 7 devices.

2-i found my si num on the list and i was noticed by the pc companion

3-to have an update for my device

4- i bought the phone in saudi arabia and now am staying in sudan
