im using a Xperia arc S thats running the new ICS 4.0.3. i updated the phone last night and just after the reboot, the phone got extremely hot, the unlocking of the phone takes a bit longer than usual , the applications dont run as they used to in the 2.3.4 version of android and the battery drains out very fast.
google maps>> when i search a place or landmark the app closes and directs me to the phone homepage
music>> stops all of a sudden
battery life>> lasts no longer than aprox. 8 hrs......even on 2.3.4 the battery would finish very fast though i do not use the phone or run any application
too much of problems after the update (mentioned above are just some of the many probs).....ive already changed settings to low brightnes switched off the gps, bluetooth, 3g,etc. but the problem persists even after factory reset........somebody help me please.....
