hi

1-when my phone goes to stand by , after a while it comes out automatically and the screen stays on unti I set it to stand by manually , and then the same thing happens again ...

2-I can't update my phone.

help pleeeeeeeease !

Hi, possibly a software repair will fix your issue (seems to be a software glitch). Here's the download link to Update Service, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/.

Download and install to PC/Laptop, launch it and follow on-screen instructions. Be aware that this will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.
