Won't scan for WiFi!

Hi, I have a sony xperia arc s and it won't scan for any wireless networks at all 😕 Please help me solve this problem!

That seems strange, have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know if you are still having this issue after the repair of the phone software.

Firstly, make sure that you turn on the wifi first.

If you have already turned it on, then try to see whehter you have set auto detect wifi hotspot.
