I just updated my xperia neo to ICS 4.0.4. and based on testing, calendar is the only widget that i was able to resize. i thought we can resize all widgets?

alright. can you confirm if it is not allowed to resize clock widget and picture frame. thanks for the reply.
Nopes you can't resize them as well
