Video Camera Problem

Yet again, im here with another problem.
When i record a video, no matter what length, the quality is good, but the fps is like 4........
And it plays far from smooth. But other videos i downloaded from youtube play soooth.
Whats the prob here? I used to work well .

there is another option that worked with some users

backup your SD card on your PC then reformat your SD card and repair your phone with either SUS or PCC

on your PC

1) open any folder -> click on tools -> properties -> view -> show hidden files

2) mount the SD card, go to your SD card, press Ctrl + A then Ctrl C, on your desktop create a new folder, open it, then press CTRL + V

the easy solution is to downgrade to GB

you could try to reformat your SD card and see if that improves performance

what??? so i upgraded to ics for a better 'experience', and the only solution is do downgrade to gb??
Is ther any other solution ???
U cant be serious here bro....i think ics is better.
The video player worked good around 3 weeks ago (on ics) , but now, its crapped up.

turn off video stabilizer.

You may also want to run a repair of the firmware to reload the ICS version on the phone as this is not normal behavior of this application.

thank you it worked. But as one problem goes away,another arises. My music doesnt show up again .....
