Use Xperia Neo V with ICS as a Webcam

Hi,

I'm using a Xperia Neo V with ICS. After connecting it to my PC via the USB cable, can I use it as a Webcam?? (I have no Bluetooth or Wifi connectivity on my PC, so tell me if there is a method which I can use with the USB connectivity)
