Use smart connect to disable apps

Hello!

Is it possible to set smart connect so I can disable i.e. Hangout so it is not workin in the time of my work, because when I sit infront of the computer I do not want that my phone is blinking when i'm chatting with the computer.

I tink it is not possible !! You can only configure smart connect to launch some apps when certain devices are connected.
