But sus say your phone already has the latest software..what can I do?

HI I have recently updated my xperia T to 4.3 since the update the phone keeps restarting, I have updated firmware etc backup the phone and today (Sat 15/03/14) the phone has restarted its self again but will not complete restart and has stuck on the restart graphics. Any ideas to what I can do!

Try to boot in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

I can't even switch the phone off! as I say it just showing the start up graphics?

Force shut down by pressing power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times.After that,repair via sony update service:
