update and android apps

hi i just updated my ericsson x10 and when i try to download apps it says starting download and it never will download.

could someone please help.

It still did not work,

You might want to consider a Factory data reset.

This will however erase your phone data, be sure to backup.

hi ive done all of that and it still is stuck on starting download.

Download and install the lastest version of PC Companion or SE Update Service to PC/Laptop, http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones/topic/updateyourproductsoftware/xperiax10?cc=gb&lc=en Run the program and follow the on-screen instruction, it will be prompted that there is no update, just click REPAIR. Good luck.
