Unable to view image gallary

Hello to all,

Suddenly my when I am  trying to open images gallary nothing was coming but in the widget the thumbnails are appearing. Also, when I click on any thumbnail black screen will come!!!  I tried to open and close many times and navigate to other menus then It will open or I have to wait for more than one minute to be able to view the image (very slow).

I don't what is the problem? all of my images are stored in the SD card. My phone is one week old only.

go to settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> gallery-> clear everything

You probably need to update your phone this is how

Settings -> privacy -> Back up my data and Automatic restore should be selected

How to install it

You need to

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

download IO File Manager

download the backup & restore app, transfer it to your SD card, use OI file manager to find it -> tap on it -> install it

Contacts

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook

press MENU button -> tap on Send Contacts -> select all -> send it to your email

on your computer

-> download the file -> go to your gmail -> click on contacts -> click on more actions -> on the drop down menu click on "import" -> choose the file -> and click import

Apps

Don't worry so much about backing up your apps

on your computer go to

market.android.com -> log in -> click on My Library -> and send all your apps to your phone

SMS/MMS

if you don't want to use the backup & restore app then

Install "backup SMS" to back up your SMS and MMS to your Gmail

An easier way to install the Backup & Restore app

download the apk on your computer, send it to yourself through email, make sure you send it to your Gmail

now on your phone

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

wait for the email, once  you get the email, open it, and instead of downloading the attachment it will allow you to install it, voila, done
