Unable to use Internet while on call.

I was able to use internet while on call in my Nokia 5800, now Internet wont connect when I'm on call. Using same network provider's sim.

Is there any settings to enable this?????

How wether your able to use Internet as the same time as your in a call depends on what kind of reception your phone has for the moment. If you have 3G or H your able to surf at the same time as calling. If your phone uses G or E it won't be possible to access Internet during a call.

Seems 2g does not support net over calls.. not aware of 3g though

No, that is not correct. I was using 2G and NOT 3G. I never activated 3G when I was using my Nokia 5800. I'm using same sim, same network (Reliance GSM) and I lose data connection when I'm on call.

I'm 100% sure I was able to use Internet even on calls, I used to get symbol "E" for Internet in my Nokia phone.

double check with your network if they support 2G data and calls at the same time, at&t does

Okay, so as I understand this is a network dependant feature and not phone feature.
