unable to update android 4 in my Neo V.

i was trying to update my phone Neo V software with sony PC companion but while updating im getting this error message "unable to install or start phone softwear update component". what shall i do. could you plz address this issue.

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

i have downloaded the uptate service setup and installed it. But when i opened it this error message came....??? i opened the that log folder, but its empty.???

Disable antivirus and firewall, boot pc in safe mode with networking on

Try with other pc
