Ultra Slow Charging need Help

Hey Everyone

I am new to the forum i just signed up today.. so if am breaking an posting thread rule. my bad

I have a Sony Xperia S for past few weeks the performance was ultra slow and applications kept crashing even if i'd make a call it would take about 20Seconds for it to happen

So  yesterday i "Factory Reset" it in a hope that it would fix things

Performance is better but now charging is ultra slow and discharging is Ultra fast.... i kept it plugged it on Outlet for about 8-10Hrs and it only charged about 15%. I dont think i could be my chargers fault since it was working fine before th Factory Reset. 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Make sure that you're using the original charger and USB cable and that you plug it into a wall socket for best performance.

If you still get this slow charging, try using another cable or charger just to troubleshoot.

Thanks alot. I tried diffrent Socket and it worked fine. perhaps my wall socket is messe up.
