txt pro sound problem

Guys i bought yesterday a txt pro but i have problems with the speaker.When i use the default sounds for calls ,notifications or use the radio the sounds are loud and clear but when i want to hear music on speaker or put my own music for calls and notifications the sound is very low.I want to say hear that i have taken all sounds to full.Any suggestions?

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/  This could be a characteristic of this phone, but you can try running the update service on the phone, and/or try resetting the phone , and see if that improves the sound output.
