Triangle with an exclamation mark when turning on phone

when i turn on my phone , it seems to me a triangle with an exclamation point in the middle and one cell phone to the right .

and after that shortly the phone turn off again . 

COULD SOMEONE HELP ME

software repair using PC Companion
