to install themes on neo v without root ??

is there anyway to install..i found very nice xperia s themes which work on arc,neo ,ray etc ..

you do need to root, just a suggestion, don't root by unlocking your bootloader, there are other methods

rooting "could" void your warranty, you can unroot anytime, if your phone stop working and you have to send it for repair and they realize that you've rooted your phone then that could void your warranty

you can always unroot using SEUS or PCC or just the same method which should erase rooting as long as you don't delete anything that you are not supposed to while rooting you should be ok
