TO END CALL OR MIS CALL BUTTON NOT GOOD

Hi guys i noticed when i have to end a call or give somebody a mis call it takes a long time for the button to actually cut the call. Like this morning i made a call and after the coversation ended i clicked on the end call on the screen but it never end the call. After continuously tapping the end call button it eventually cut the call or maybe the recipient cut it on his side. Any thoughts?

Hi, suggest you check if phone proximity sensor is inadvertently covered when tapping the End button.

Also, do you have a phone case that might cover the proximity sensor?

proximity sensor ? Hmmm wheres that?

It is located at the right side of the ear speaker.

i never knew what that hole was for. but i noticed that my hand covers it when pressing a button
