Have you tried checking using Sony PC Companion?

Because the update is currently live on Sony PCC and not yet OTA update.

I'm from Malaysia and i received the update on Sony PCC yesterday.

OTA is Over-The-Air Update.This means you are able to update your phone directly from the Internet without the use of PC or in this case,Sony PC Companion.You need to only use Update Center app in your phone to download the update firmware and install it.Firmware updates are released slightly late in OTA compared to update released on Sony PC Companion/Sony Update Service.

Sony Update Service(SUS) is also applicable in updating your phone rite now
